With over 15,000 high-quality volumes, the library at LBC&S complements the instruction received from classroom lectures and discussion. Students at both the Bachelor's and Master's level will be trained to use the fully-computerized library resources available to them. All students will be given special instruction in the Dewey Decimal system of Library Classification to enable them to use the library more effectively. |
A newly-designed library occupying two floors is presently under construction and will be fully ready for use before the end of 2009. It will have three departments: 1. General Library 2. Reference Library and 3. Staff Reference Library. |

Added to the library facilities, a Computer Laboratory is available to Master of Divinity students to help them prepare assignments, research papers, and other presentations in a more organized and attractive manner. All work for thesis-writing (preliminary drafts as well as final presentation) must be done by using a computer.
High-speed Internet connectivity will be available in the new library facility which will especially help Masters' level students doing research for their dissertation. A nominal charge will be levied for internet usage. |

LBC&S provides free medical help for students up to Rs. 800 per year, including hospitalization. We are served by the doctors from Sri Ramachandra Medical Hospital and Research Institute for common ailments. The college will not undertake the medical treatment of students with more complicated illnesses. |

| LAKEVIEW ALUMNI ASSOCIATION :: |

All students enrolled at LBC&S are automatically enlisted as members of the Alumni Association. This body communicates with graduates of the college for the purposes of encouragement, continuing education, and arranging the biennial Alumni Reunions. Alumni are given special discounts to attend seminar classes offered by our Foreign Adjunct faculty every year.
