Students who have applied for admission to LBC&S must go through the following procedure:
1. The completed application form must be submitted along with other necessary documents (Xerox copies of academic certificates, references, personal statements, health certificates and photographs) to the college Registrar.
2 If granted admission, the student will be informed by letter whereupon the admission fee of Rs. 1000 must be sent by Demand Draft and payable to Lakeview Bible College and Seminary. Payment of this fee ensures the reservation of a seat for the student.
3. All admission procedures must be completed before June 10 of any given year. Applications received after June 1 will not be considered for admission.
4. The originals of all academic certificates must be submitted to the Registrar upon the student's arrival on campus. If a student is unable to acquire certain original certificates, a concession will be granted until October 31 of the year of admission. Failing to provide the originals by this date will result in the student being dismissed. All original certificates will be returned to the student when he leaves the college.
5. To qualify for admission into the Master of Divinity programme, students must successfully complete an Entrance Examination as well as a personal interview.
6. Admitted students will be permitted to attend classes only on payment of at least the first installment of semester fees.
7. Foreign students must provide adequate documentation permitting them to study in India.
If, for some reason, a student is unable to meet any of the above requirements before classes begin, he may be granted conditional admission. This concession gives the student upto one month to complete all necessary admission procedures. (This concession does not apply to payment of fees). After the month has elapsed, students will be dismissed from classes until they fulfill this requirement.
As a rule, LBC&S considers students for admission only into the first year of Bachelor's or Master's studies. Students from ATAaccredited institutions will be considered for transfer into their second year of study only after careful examination of their previous academic and conduct records. No transfers are permitted beyond the second year of any course.
